Master Classes by this Competition’s Jury Members who are world-class musicians and pedagogues will be held during the 9th Sendai International Music Competition with 2 sections: violin and piano.

Challenger’s Live

Concerts featuring Contestants who did not advance to the next round will be held during the 9th Sendai International Music Competition. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an up-close performance by Contestants from the Competition.

Grassroots Concert

These concerts are organized and managed by the citizens of Sendai with the goal of bringing the magnificent performances of Contestants from the Competition to as many as people as possible.
