Maestro Boris BELKIN, a Jury Member of the 9th SIMC Violin Section, was scheduled to perform in this concert, but has become unable to travel to Japan due to health reasons. MOON Boha, the Highest Ranked Prizewinner of the 9th SIMC Violin Section, will perform in his place. We sincerely wish Maestro BELKIN a full recovery.
