   【How to apply】
   Send the ticket along with the memo with required information* by specific “simplified registration [特定記録郵便]”. Full amount of the ticket plus postage (Limit: 244 yen(Std., WT.25g 84 yen + specific simplified registration 160 yen) will be transferred to your account. Please note that you should receive your refund in as soon as 30 days after we receive your ticket and memo.
   *Name, address, phone number, place of ticket purchase, number of tickets, total amount, bank information (bank name, branch, type of account [checking / saving], account number, holder name).
   *Personal information is used only within the purpose of refunding the ticket for the 7th SIMC the Highest Ranked Prizewinners’ Concert.

7. At Hitachi Systems Hall Sendai Bring your ticket to the office on the first floor and a full refund will be issued. 【Opening Hours】
   Thursday, May 14 – Friday, July 31 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
   *Closed on May 18-19, June 8-9, July 6-7.


8. At Sendai Bank Hall Izumity 21 Bring your ticket to the office on the first floor and a full refund will be issued.

   Thursday, May 14 – Friday, Jul. 31 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
   *Closed on June 8 and July 13.

2. Asahi Hall Ticket Center
   Those purchased the ticket on Asahi Hall website will be notified how to refund by e-mail later. Those purchased over the phone, please wait for a call from the ticket center.
   Ticket is required for refunding. Those have not ticketed yet, please finish ticketing procedure by Thursday, June 18 (CHOI Hyounglok) and by Friday, June 19 (Shannon LEE).
